Withdraw from contract

You can withdraw from the contract, or terminate a rental in progress, online here. Enter your name, the rental ID and the phone number where you want the acknowledgement, then press “Confirm withdrawal”. We acknowledge receipt, the content and the time of your notice by text message without delay.

When and how you can withdraw

As a consumer you may withdraw from or terminate the contract without giving reasons within 14 days of concluding it. Because you expressly ask for the service to start immediately when you start a rental, your right of withdrawal ends once the rental is completed (the powerbank is returned). You can terminate a rental in progress at any time; you then pay for the time used until termination. Details are in the withdrawal section of the Terms.

The deadline is met if you send the notice by day 14. We confirm receipt without delay: by text message for the online function, by email for notices sent by email or post.
